The Independent Data Collection Center (IDCC) is a comprehensive, nationwide, nonprofit data collection-only research center. data collection methods include:
- COMPUTER ASSISTED TELEPHONE INTERVIEWING (CATI) — Nationwide telephone survey center with 100+ skilled and highly trained interviewers, including a team of bi-lingual interviewers (Spanish, Creole, Asian, European and other languages).
- FOCUS GROUPS — Nationwide set up, coordination, recruitment and moderating of focus groups with a team of female and male moderators, including bi-lingual and multi-cultural (Caucasian, African-American, Hispanic, Asian and Creole-language). IDCC recruits respondents of all ages (children, teens, adults, seniors and the elderly) with a broad range of demographic characteristics and project-specific criteria.
- IN-DEPTH INTERVIEWING - Detailed qualitative interviews up to 120 minutes in length using highly skilled executive interviewers by phone or in-person anywhere in the USA.
- FIELD RESEARCH - Nationwide face-to-face interviewing, on-site observation, enumeration, evaluation, auditing, mystery shops, ethnography, demographics and mapping.

FWA Certification IRB Compliance
IDCC has a protocol for Institutional Review Board (IRB) and other sponsored research stipulations. We can also assist researchers in preparing IRB and other funder-mandated documentation. Our Federalwide Assurance (FWA) certification for the protection of human subjects is on file with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
